Mr. Ackerman joined Crawford Lake in 2017. Prior to joining Crawford Lake, from 2013 to 2017, Mr. Ackerman was a Senior Venture Officer at New Jersey Economic Development Authority in the Technology & Life Sciences Division. In that position, Mr. Ackerman made venture capital investments into growth stage technology and biotech companies, and was responsible for deal origination, investment due diligence, and portfolio management. Mr. Ackerman graduated with an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School in 2013, and received a Bachelor of Talmudic Studies from Yeshiva of Far Rockaway in 2009.
